The CG1112 is a VCXO module IC with a programmable architecture that includes a configurable Pierce oscillator input stage with center frequency tuning, linear varicaps, frequency division, frequency multiplication and selectable output buffers. By accepting a wide range of resonator inputs the CG1112 can produce customized frequency signals up to 1000MHz with jitter and phase noise performance that is superior to PLL designs. On board memory and single pin programming allow for configuration and tuning during production. Available in a 3mm x 3mm QFN package, the CG1112 is ideal for making higher frequency low phase noise VCXO modules.
