The CG1121 is a VCXO module IC with a programmable architecture that includes a configurable Colpitts oscillator input stage with center frequency tuning, linear varicaps, frequency division, and selectable output buffers. By accepting a wide range of resonator inputs the CG1121 can produce customized frequency signals up to 200MHz with jitter and phase noise performance that is superior to PLL designs. On board memory and single pin programming allow for configuration and tuning during production. Available in a 2mm x 2mm QFN package, the CG1121 is ideal for making low phase noise VCXO modules down to 5×3.2mm.
