This complete OCXO example uses a 20MHz fundamental AT-Cut crystal and Hexius Semiconductors’ TM200 and utilizes its internal varicap and internal oscillator regulator. This reference design is a low cost OCXO configuration that achieves < 10ppbb stability.

This complete OCXO example uses a 38.4MHz SC-Cut crystal to build an OCXO design that has excellent phase noise and stability performance. It also has low g-sensitivity for applications that demand <1ppb/g performance. It represents a higher performance OCXO in a miniature form factor utilizing the TM200.
